The main disadvantage of this type of weights is of course the somewhat coarser size. I was aware of that and I am enjoying the advantages.
The frequent & quot; Clacking quot; from metal and metal is really a thorn in my ear. The handles and the straight surface make the handling really very pleasant for me.
I - like probably everyone - switch between weights several times during each workout (especially on the dumbbell) and the advantages outweigh the size disadvantage clearly.
Weight is also right within the accuracy of my household scale.Everything OK

The weight plates are easy to grip and handle. As plastic disks, of course, they have a certain size. I find the flattened side very good. For me the pole is mostly on the floor and with the discs it stays where it should be. I also no longer see the floor as in danger as when using iron disks.
Small disadvantage is the red plastic part, which falls off when you look bad. However, it is not a loss of function.Everything OK
