I reccomend the Triceps trainer Diagonal in chrome for anyone who is at home and is looking for versatile equipment thats not too expensive. You can use it for arm training; rowing variations and shoulder presses are also possible with the device, which gives these exercises a new appeal due to a changed grip position - here the diagonal handles are absolutely ingenious. The load capacity of up to 200kg also speaks for itself.
