To me Abs/Core muscles require special attention and sit ups on the floor by themselves just do not do enough. The Maxxus folding sit up bench arrived in a small box and yet all the parts were there, assembly was easy following the simple instructions and using the tools provided. The Maxxus folding sit up bench works really well and enables challenging feet high sit ups with or without additional weights. It appears to be strong, when used it is steep enough and comfortable, it folds way for storage when not being used and is a welcome addition to my home gym.
