Practical weight plate with rubber coating for daily training

Do you like to train with full strength and dynamism? Then rubberized weight plates are the right tool for you. They have a solid core made of cast iron, which provides the necessary weight and perfect stability. Around 4 mm thick rubber is attached to this core. It cushions the impact if you put the weight down on the floor with a swing or if it should slip out of your hand.

When placing several panes, they no longer rattle because they are provided with a rubber coating. You can train quietly and you don't have to think about every move to disturb your neighbors or family. You also prevent damage to the floor and the weight plates themselves.
The weight plate with rubber 0.5 kg, 1.25 kg, 2 kg, 2.5 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, 15 kg, 20 kg to 25 kg has a center hole with a diameter of 31 mm. It therefore fits on rods with a diameter of 30 mm. On all disks you will find information about the respective weight. The weight plate is available in eight versions between 0.5 and 25 kg.
