PUNCHLINE Standing PRO FIGHTER

The realistic shaped torso of the PRO FIGHTER stand-up coach is approx. 69cm high and with its massive own weight of approx. 130kg (base filled with sand) and 3 level height adjustment it will certainly fulfil all demands. The patented FLEX system enables the PRO PROGHTER professional coach to act and react like a real sparring partner. This not only trains strength and endurance, but also coordination of punches and reactions to the counter-attacks of the coach. Ideal for those who want more from a boxing workout than just jabbing at it. It is also ideal for rooms with ceilings or walls where it is impossible to suspend a conventional punchbag.
The standing PRO FIGHTER is a useful supplement to punchbag training as the different punches can be individually and optimally trained optimally under realistic conditions.

Punching surface

The black outer material is resistant to impact shocks. It is sweat-repellent and easy to clean. The special synthetic filling of the punchbag is very tough and optimally absorbs the impact forces to provide the highest possible training comfort and realistic sensation. All in all, a punchbag that meets the highest demands and challenges.

FLEX-System

The patented FLEX system offers realistic boxing training. It absorbs shock and thus minimizes the stress on the joints and muscles. In addition, the punching bag reacts like a sparring partner and swings back from the punch. This results in realistic training which is much more motivating than training with a conventional punchbag.
As well as power and endurance, reaction and coordination are optimally trained at the same time.

Stand

The extra-large stand is made of solid plastic and can be filled with water or sand.

Location

For optimal safe training, there should be an area of 150 cm in all directions from the outer edge of the stand as a training surface.

Application

• Ideal for fitness boxing at home.

• Kicks training should only be done barefoot or with special martial arts shoes.
