The variants of the Gorilla Sports Bumper Plates at a glance

The bumper plates from Gorilla Sports with a hole diameter of 50/51 mm are suitable for barbell bars with Olympic dimensions. Each weight plate has a weight label and is labelled with Gorilla Sports. Each colour has its individual weight assignment:
  • Black: 5 kg weight, 25 cm diameter, 34 mm thickness
  • Green: 10 kg weight, 45 cm diameter, 36 mm thickness
  • Yellow: 15 kg weight, 45 cm diameter, 40 mm thickness
  • Blue: 20 kg weight, 45 cm diameter, 50 mm thickness
  • Red: 25 kg weight, 45 cm diameter, 60 mm thickness
  • Iron core diameter: 12-14 cm
  • Sheath made of durable urethane

Training with the barbell

Barbell exercises include bicep curls, rowing, deadlifts, shoulder and bench presses. Start with low weight bumper plates and slowly increase them. Controlled and clean execution is essential.
