Cast iron dumbbells for permanent training

The Gorilla Sports weight plate set is made of solid cast iron and is therefore sturdy enough to accompany you during training for the rest of your life. Thanks to the robust construction, the panes also forgive a fall from a great height. So that you can handle the weight plates safely, they have a practical grip hub right on the edge. This greatly eases exercises like crunches or hyper extensions.
Thanks to the 31 mm hole, you can also use the iron weight plate set 2 x 5KG and 2 x 10KG on your dumbbells or barbells for training. They fit on any standardized, typical barbell bar with a diameter of 30 mm.
The weight is printed on each of the powder-coated weight plates, the weights of the set itself are divided into 2 x 5KG and 2 x 10KG.
