So far I had a barbell with a screw cap. If you have to change a lot of weight (exercises and users), that`s pretty annoying. With the barbell with spring lock, it`s all more comfortable. the bar is neatly processed, has no burrs and the weights are very easy to put on and take off. The spring lock is strong enough and can withstand a 35 kg weight on the side of the bar (short test to check the lock).
