What else should you know about the SZ curl set?

The diameter of the SZ bar is 30 mm, so you can easily use additional weights with the classic 30/31 mm hole in addition to the supplied weights, including our Gorilla weights. The star locks fix the weights safely and neatly where they belong. So you can fully concentrate on your training, even with exercises that take place overhead. The individual weight plates are surrounded by a practical plastic cover, so your floor is safely protected from scratches and the background noise is manageable. The rubber coating of the cover also helps you when you use the weight plates for other exercises - so you always have a firm grip.
