The SZ / Dumbbell set includes the following items:

  • 4 weight plates of 5 kg each (diameter 25.5 cm, width 5 cm)
  • 4 weight plates of 2.5 kg each (diameter 21 cm, width 4.3 cm)
  • 1 SZ curl dumbbell bar 120 cm (weight 8 kg) support surface 18 cm on each side
